6. Your Rights

6.1 As a California resident, you can ask us to:

  • Know: tell you the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes and the categories of recipients;
  • Delete: delete personal information we collected from you, except what we must keep, for example to complete a transaction, protect our systems or meet a legal obligation; and
  • Correct: correct inaccurate personal information about you.

6.2 Opt-out and limit. You also have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and to limit the use of your sensitive personal information. We do neither of the things these rights restrict: we do not sell or share personal information, and we use sensitive personal information only to let you sign in.

6.3 No discrimination. We will not deny you service, charge you a different price or give you a different quality of service because you exercised these rights.

6.4 How to make a request. Email office@traverse.limited from the address linked to your account, or write to Traverse d.o.o. Beograd-Stari Grad, Nikole Spasića 3/1, 11000 Belgrade – Stari Grad, Republic of Serbia. Requests are free of charge.

6.5 Verification. To protect your information, we verify each request by matching the details you give us with the information we hold, such as the email address linked to your account. If we need more information to verify you, we use it only for that purpose.

6.6 Timing. We confirm receipt of your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days. If we need more time, we will tell you why, and we may extend this period by up to 45 more days.

6.7 Authorized agents. You may make a request through an authorized agent. We will ask the agent for your signed written permission and may ask you to verify your identity with us directly, unless the agent holds a valid power of attorney.

7. Online Tracking and Other Disclosures

7.1 Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. The Sites do not respond to Do Not Track signals. Because we do not sell or share personal information, an opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control does not change how we process your data. You can refuse statistics cookies at any time in the cookie settings on each Site.

7.2 Tracking by other companies. After you consent, Google may collect information about your activity on the Sites through Google Analytics. Social platforms may collect information if you follow links to our profiles. We do not allow other companies to collect personal information about your activity across different websites through our Sites for advertising.

7.3 Minors. The Sites are for people aged 16 or older, and they have no features that let users post content visible to others.

7.4 Changes to this notice. We review this notice at least once a year. We will tell account holders and newsletter subscribers about material changes by email before they take effect, and the date at the top always shows the latest update.
